📝 How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:

📲 WhatsApp: Via the chat button on our website — we respond within 1 hour

⚠️ Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp message). The cancellation time is calculated from when we receive your written request.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card)
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

⚠️ Cancellation by Morocco Tours Group

In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour (due to safety concerns, extreme weather, force majeure or insufficient bookings), you will receive one of the following options:

100% refund to your original payment method

Free Rebooking

Reschedule on an alternative date of your choice at no extra cost

We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

🔄 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your tour free of charge with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability
Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice are treated as cancellations and the standard refund schedule applies
