Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any tour or service with Morocco Tours Group. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment
- A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of payment
- It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details (dates, group size, tour type) are correct
- Morocco Tours Group reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion
2. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are per person unless otherwise stated
- Prices include all items listed in the tour description
- Prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips or items not listed in the tour description
- Morocco Tours Group reserves the right to adjust prices due to significant changes in fuel costs, taxes or exchange rates
3. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payment is accepted via PayPal and Stripe (credit/debit card)
- All transactions are processed securely — we do not store payment card details
4. Cancellation by Customer

- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@moroccotours.group
5. Cancellation by Morocco Tours Group
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, force majeure or circumstances beyond our control
- In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook on an alternative date
- We are not liable for any consequential losses (flights, accommodation, etc.) arising from our cancellation
6. Changes to Bookings
- Requests to change tour dates must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability
- Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident and loss of belongings before travelling to Morocco.
8. Health & Fitness
- Some tours involve physical activity (trekking, camel riding, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to participate
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities or dietary requirements at the time of booking
- Morocco Tours Group reserves the right to exclude any participant from a tour if their participation poses a risk to themselves or others
9. Liability
- Morocco Tours Group acts as a tour operator and is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property, or any other loss arising from participation in our tours
- We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by weather, political events, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour
10. Behaviour
Morocco Tours Group reserves the right to terminate the participation of any customer whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous or offensive to other participants, guides or local communities. No refund will be given in such cases.
